Shipping Policy for F12 (U.S. Promotional Offer)
The F12 is part of a limited-time promotional offer available exclusively to customers in the United States. Orders for this model receive priority handling, and delivery typically takes 8–10 days from the time the product leaves our warehouse.

Return Policy:
- We accept returns within 5 days after you receive your eTrike. After 5 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- To initiate a return, please contact support@etrikesco.com before returning the item.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The shipping costs we paid when we shipped your eTrike will be deducted from your refund.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 days and returned to your original payment method, minus shipping costs and the restocking fee.
Warranty
Warranty Policy
Your eTrike is backed by a comprehensive 1-year non-transferable warranty on the electric drivetrain, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers key components such as the motor, battery, and controller. Other parts, typically those subject to wear and tear, are not included in this warranty. Most of these parts are low-cost components (under $100). If any part of the eTrike is defective or hinders safe operation during the warranty period, please reach out to us for assistance before using the vehicle. Warranty repairs or servicing must be carried out by our authorized service center or a certified technician.
Important Notes:
The warranty does not cover wear and tear parts, including but not limited to seats, tires, brakes, lights, and switches.
Warranty coverage is void if the eTrike is improperly maintained, misused, or damaged as a result of accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
Damages caused by improper storage, accidents, or issues like power surges during charging are also not covered.
Specifications and performance may vary depending on factors such as voltage, load, and environmental conditions. Variations in measurements of up to +/- 1″ may occur. Specifications may change without prior notice.
