Shipping time for in-stock products can take up to 4 weeks. Pre-ordered products may take 3-4 months depending on production schedules. These timelines begin once the trike leaves our warehouse. As a factory-direct seller, we use packaged shipping to ensure the safety and integrity of your trike during long-distance transport. Each eTrike is securely packed in reinforced cartons and handled by international freight carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination, ranging from $350 to $1,000. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Please be aware that due to current trade tariffs between China and the United States, an additional $200 tariff surcharge will be applied to all orders shipping to U.S. addresses. This surcharge is added during checkout and included in your total cost.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the product has shipped. We do not offer free shipping promotions at this time due to the high logistics costs of electric trike transport.
