We understand that purchasing an electric trike is a significant investment. That’s why we offer a limited return window of 5 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support at support@etrikesco.com to obtain return authorization before sending your product back. Unapproved returns may be rejected.
All returned items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in brand-new condition

Returned in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included

Securely packed to prevent damage in transit
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, the original outbound shipping costs paid by eTrikesCo will be deducted from the refund amount, even if those charges were bundled or partially discounted at checkout.
A 15% restocking fee will also apply to all eligible returns. This fee covers inspection, handling, and reintegration into our inventory.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and returned to your original payment method, minus all applicable fees.
