Warranty

Your eTrike is covered by a one-year, non-transferable limited warranty covering the electric drivetrain, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to essential components including the motor, battery, and controller—parts that are critical to the safety and function of your electric trike.

This policy does not cover components subject to normal wear and tear such as tires, brake pads, light bulbs, seats, and switches. These parts are generally affordable and may require routine maintenance or replacement over time.

If you discover a defect that affects the safety or usability of your trike, please contact our support team immediately. Do not continue using the product until it has been inspected. To maintain warranty eligibility, all repair and service work must be conducted by eTrikesCo or an authorized technician approved in writing by our team.

The warranty will be voided under any of the following conditions:

  • The eTrike is misused, abused, or operated in a manner not consistent with the user manual
  • The trike is modified or disassembled without authorization
  • Damage occurs from crashes, overloading, exposure to corrosive environments, or improper storage
  • Charging mishaps such as use of incompatible chargers or power surges

The battery charger is not covered under this warranty. Performance may vary due to temperature, load, voltage, and terrain. Any specification variations of up to +/- 1 inch are within tolerance.
